Duo brillant op. 137, 1827
Composed in 1827 , and also published with the title of "Allegro affettuoso", this Duo is a work that blends the Brilliant style with the expressive feature, through a melodic inventiveness direct and appealing. Even if the writing does not reach the difficulty that Czerny requires in the Sonatas and Concerto, this work is obviously intended for pianists fairly advanced.
